Job Title: Head Chef Location: Thailand Salary: ₹1,20,000 – ₹1,70,000 per month (INR) Benefits: Food & Accommodation Provided Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced and passionate Head Chef for our kitchen operations in Thailand. The ideal candidate must have a strong culinary background, the ability to lead a kitchen team, and the creativity to introduce and implement their own curated menu. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is looking to work internationally and leave a mark through innovative cuisine and strong leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall kitchen operations on a day-to-day basis. Design, develop, and implement a new menu based on the chef's culinary expertise and market preferences. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Train, supervise, and manage the kitchen brigade to ensure consistency and efficiency. Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control in coordination with the procurement team. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times. Innovate and update the menu periodically based on seasonality and customer feedback. Coordinate with management for kitchen planning, budgeting, and staffing. Requirements: Minimum 8–10 years of culinary experience with at least 3 years in a leadership/head chef role. Proven expertise in creating and executing unique and appealing menus. Strong understanding of kitchen operations, hygiene, food safety standards, and inventory management. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to international work culture and collaborate with a diverse team. Previous international or multicultural experience is a plus. Flexibility to relocate and work full-time in Thailand.
