Job Title: Bakery Commi 3/ fresher baker *Job Summary* We are seeking a passionate and motivated *Baker (Fresher / Commi 3)* to join our culinary team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in baking and pastry. You will assist in daily baking operations, follow recipes, and maintain kitchen hygiene while learning hands-on from experienced bakers. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist in preparing and baking bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods. * Measure ingredients and follow recipes accurately. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery area. * Support senior bakers with place and daily production. * Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for baking. * Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and baked products. * Operate basic baking equipment safely under supervision. * Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations. *Requirements:* * Diploma or certificate in Bakery & Confectionery or Culinary Arts (preferred but not mandatory). * Passion for baking and willingness to learn. * Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients. * Ability to work weekends, and holidays as needed. * Positive attitude, good communication, and team spirit. *Benefits:* * On-the-job training with experienced chefs. * Opportunity to grow within the kitchen team. * Exposure to modern bakery techniques and international standards.
