We are hiring an experienced Head Chef proficient in Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines to lead our kitchen operations and deliver high-quality dining experiences. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and manage menus across multiple cuisines Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff Maintain food quality, hygiene, and inventory control Ensure compliance with food safety standards Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen Expertise in Indian, Chinese & Continental cuisines Culinary certification preferred Strong leadership and kitchen management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
