Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Bhiwani, Haryana. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and maintaining high culinary standards. The role includes training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and fostering a creative and efficient kitchen environment. The Head Chef will collaborate with management to innovate and improve menu offerings, contribute to brand development, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Salary: 35-40K/Per Month

Qualifications

• Strong culinary skills, including expertise in various cuisines, menu planning, and food presentation
• Experience in kitchen management, staff supervision, and training
• Knowledge of food sourcing, inventory management, and cost control
• Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Creativity and innovation in recipe development and menu offerings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or similar role
