Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen operations and R&D for our growing product line. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine—especially Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Chettinad styles—and an interest in commercial-scale cooking, food preservation, and recipe standardization.
