Job Description

  • Menu creation and management: Design and update menus, create new recipes, and ensure dishes meet quality standards.
  • Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff, including sous chefs and line cooks.
  • Kitchen operations: Oversee all food preparation and ensure it is executed efficiently and to the highest standard.
  • Financial management: Develop and manage kitchen budgets, estimate food and labor costs, and control costs to minimize waste.
  • Quality and sanitation: Ensure food safety and sanitation regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory and purchasing: Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.
  • Collaboration: Work with restaurant managers and other staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
