Food Preparation: Chop, slice, and portion fresh ingredients, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production. Hygiene & Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times, adhering to food safety standards and FSSAI regulations. Stock Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients. Compliance & Safety: Follow health and safety protocols, including allergen management and safe food handling procedures. Multitasking & Adaptability: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, assisting in various kitchen tasks as required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant in a café, deli, or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
