Role Description

We are seeking a Head Chef for a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. This individual will ensure quality control, maintain hygiene standards, and work to innovate menu offerings. Collaborating with management to align with Chaileela’s vision, the Head Chef will balance creativity with consistency to provide an exceptional culinary experience.

Qualifications

Culinary expertise, including experience in Indian cuisine and authentic meal preparation
Proven leadership skills in managing and training kitchen teams
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations
Menu planning, inventory management, and cost control skills
Strong creativity and ability to innovate while maintaining authenticity
Effective communication and organizational skills
Formal culinary training or a degree in culinary arts is preferred
Prior experience in a leadership role within the culinary field is ideal
