We’re Hiring – Architect for Café Projects! Chaileela is on the lookout for a creative, detail-oriented Architect to help us shape our upcoming café spaces into unique, cozy, and functional environments. 🌿 Position: Architect Experience: Minimum 1 years in interior/retail/F&B architecture Location: Indore/Bhopal with willingness to travel to different café site Role: Conceptualize and design café interiors in alignment with brand aesthetics and functional needs Create detailed architectural plans, mood boards, layouts, and working drawings Apply knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and design standards to ensure structural feasibility and quality Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality, safety compliance, and design accuracy Oversee the construction process and provide input and recommendations throughout Coordinate and communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, timelines, and budgets The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed.
