Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HCM Core Professional with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED, an Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Capital Management and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement HR processes and systems to ensure compliance with company policies.
Analyze data and provide insights to improve HR operations and employee engagement.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Provide training and support to employees on HR-related topics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in HCM or related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with HR software and systems.
