About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the HRBP team in day-to-day HR operations and processes
• Support HR initiatives, policies, and frameworks within the organization • Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, documentation, and orientation • Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives • Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements • Maintain HR data, MIS reports, and ensure accurate documentation • Assist in grievance handling and basic employee relations • Contribute to HR projects and process improvement activities • Work closely with the Director – People & Culture on strategic HR assignments • Provide support in administrative coordination and scheduling requirements as part of executive-level tasks

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Smart, presentable, and proactive approach • Strong willingness to learn and grow in HRBP functions • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred, not mandatory) • Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (HR/Management preferred)
