Job Description

Job Title: HC & Insurance Operations Associate

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and process transactions according to established rules.
Utilize domain expertise in Healthcare and Insurance to handle tasks efficiently.
Gather, verify, and compile relevant data to support operations.
Identify and resolve recurring problems to maintain data integrity.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Healthcare and Insurance domains.
Ability to integrate specialized knowledge into operational processes.
Proficiency in claims adjudication, insurance operations, policy issuance, claims processing, and underwriting.
Experience in operations management, back office operations, policy servicing, and customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, and US healthcare processes is a plus.
