Job Title: HC & Insurance Operations Associate

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and process transactions according to established rules.
  • Utilize domain expertise in Healthcare and Insurance to handle tasks efficiently.
  • Gather, verify, and compile relevant data to support operations.
  • Identify and resolve recurring problems to maintain data integrity.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare and Insurance domains.
  • Ability to integrate specialized knowledge into operational processes.
  • Proficiency in claims adjudication, insurance operations, policy issuance, claims processing, and underwriting.
  • Experience in operations management, back office operations, policy servicing, and customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, and US healthcare processes is a plus.
