Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our banking operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) procedures in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute KYC/CDD processes by thoroughly reviewing client documentation and adhering to SOPs.
  • Accurately interpret and input customer information into relevant banking systems.
  • Maintain compliance with all standardized operational protocols and administrative procedures.
  • Draft concise and grammatically correct narratives in English as part of the documentation process.
  • Continuously update knowledge of procedural changes and ensure ongoing adherence to compliance standards.
  • Actively participate in training sessions aligned with business requirements.
  • Attend regular team meetings and contribute to team objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 03 years of relevant experience in a Banking BPO or similar environment is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelors degree (minimum 3 years of formal education) in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Windows-based applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software tools.
  • Communication:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to draft professional content with proper grammar and sentence structure.
  • Work Schedule:
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, as required by business needs.
