Position: Hardware Test Engineer

Main job Location: Hyderabad

Timings: 09:00 AM –6:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Package: 4 LPA – 6 LPA

Working Mode: 24 Months service commitment

Qualification and Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical field.  2–5 years of experience in system testing, preferably in RF systems, electronic warfare, or defense- grade electronic products.  Hands-on experience with power supply testing, battery performance evaluation, and integrated

system validation. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Test Engineer to perform comprehensive

system-level testing across a wide range of defense-grade electronic products. The role involves integrated

system testing, power supply verification, battery endurance validation, and drone system field evaluations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both laboratory and field-testing environments and be

passionate about high-reliability system validation. Key Responsibilities:  Conduct integrated system testing for RF detection systems, counter-drone platforms, and secure

communication products.  Execute power supply testing at system level, validating voltage regulation, load behavior, backup

time calculations, and overall energy efficiency.  Perform battery testing including endurance tests, load cycling, efficiency measurements, and

environmental stress assessments.  Carry out drone system testing to evaluate detection, tracking, jamming effectiveness, and field

performance of anti-drone solutions.  Develop detailed test plans, test procedures, and test reports according to product specifications

and defense standards.  Interface closely with design, integration, and QA teams to support troubleshooting, root cause

analysis, and corrective action implementation.  Hands on experience on test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF test benches, power supplies, and electronic loads.  Support field trials, environmental testing, and validation activities as per customer and internal

requirements.  Ensure proper documentation of test results and maintain a defect tracking system for failures

observed during testing.  Assist in system calibration, EMI/EMC pre-compliance testing, and field deployment verifications.

Preferred and Additional Skills:  Good understanding of DC-DC converters, battery charging/discharging profiles, and embedded

system testing.  Familiarity with drone operations, drone detection principles, and RF jamming concepts is a strong

plus.  Proficient in handling standard test equipment (DSO, VNA, SA, RF signal generators, load banks, etc.).  Ability to interpret schematics, BOMs, and wiring diagrams.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Good documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
