Gym Manager

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad Company: Pink Fitness – Women’s Only Gym (Franchise) Type: Full-Time | On-Site Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Growth • Drive membership sales and renewals through proactive lead conversion and client engagement. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by strategizing and executing local marketing activities. • Build partnerships and collaborations to increase gym visibility and footfall. • Brainstorm innovative sales and marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients. • Maintain a database of leads, track conversions, and manage follow-ups professionally. 2. Client Relationship Management • Handle all end-to-end client interactions — from inquiries to onboarding, renewals, and feedback. • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through consistent engagement and quality service. • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing members to encourage referrals. • Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain a professional rapport. 3. Operations & Team Management • Oversee the daily operations of the gym, ensuring hygiene, safety, and service quality. • Supervise and motivate the team of trainers, physiotherapists, and nutritionists. • Coordinate schedules, maintain attendance, and ensure discipline and performance. • Ensure all processes — billing, CRM updates, attendance, and reporting — are done on time. 4. Reporting & Coordination • Prepare regular reports on sales, client metrics, and operational efficiency. • Coordinate with the franchise management for updates, campaigns, and brand alignment. Requirements: • Graduate (any discipline); experience in fitness, wellness, or retail management preferred. • Strong sales and business development mindset with proven target achievement. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team. • Well-organized, proactive, and passionate about women’s health and fitness. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
