Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Officer to join our team at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest services and high customer satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest room preparation and check-in processes.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Implement effective communication strategies to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
Ability to adapt to changing situations, remaining calm and professional under pressure.
