Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at the front office in Agra. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in guest service supervision.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate front office staff activities to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective guest service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality services.
  • Train and mentor front office staff on best practices and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in guest service supervision or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations and guest service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
