We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team at Ginger Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in guest service.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage front desk operations, including handling check-in and check-out processes, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, such as room preparation and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed support to guests.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred, although other qualifications may be considered.
Familiarity with the hospitality industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
