Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team at Copper Leaf Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guest requests and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of guest services.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide informed guidance to guests.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and protocols.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology is an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
