Key Responsibilities:
· Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs.
· Provide information on activities, food offerings, pricing, and services.
· Ensure an exceptional guest experience from entry to exit.
· Handle guest queries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally.
· Collect visitor's personal details and make the documentation process.
· Support ticketing, booking, and POS systems.
· Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
· 0-1 years of experience
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Presentable and customer-friendly attitude.
· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
· Basic computer knowledge.
