We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team at Ginger Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in guest service.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage front desk operations, including handling check-in and check-out procedures, and resolving guest complaints.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining accuracy.
