Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guest requests.
