Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping professional to join our team as a G.S.A. Housekeeping expert, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to prevent cross contamination.
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and record-keeping systems.
