We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team in the Front Office department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed support.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with diverse groups of people.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve complex guest complaints and issues.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications relevant to front office operations.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
