Responsibilities

  • Guest Handling:

    Execute efficient

    check-in and check-out

    procedures, handle cash, and process payments accurately.
  • Service & Information:

    Serve as the primary point of contact, providing hotel and local information, and assisting with simple requests (e.g., wake-up calls).
  • Problem-Solving:

    Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
  • System Use:

    Maintain up-to-date guest records using the

    Property Management System (PMS)

    .

Requirements

  • Experience:

    0-2 years in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Skills:

    Exceptional

    communication

    and interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and ability to handle transactions accurately.
  • Education:

    Degree/Diploma in Hospitality is a strong asset.
