Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team in the food and beverage service industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in guest service, preferably in hotels or restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage food and beverage orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
Ensure all products and services meet quality and presentation standards.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items and pricing, is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills are needed to resolve guest complaints and issues efficiently.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills are necessary.
A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service are highly valued.
