Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at JW Marriott. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide informed support.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex guest complaints and concerns.
Basic knowledge of front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignment.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
