Job Description

As a Guest Relationship Executive at the Luxury Sales Gallery, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service and nurturing positive relationships with potential clients and visitors. Your main duty will involve ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable and delightful experience during their visit to the sales gallery, thereby contributing significantly to the success of our luxury sales endeavors. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests upon their arrival at the sales gallery, serving tea, coffee, and snacks, and offering personalized tours to showcase the luxury features and offerings to potential clients. Engaging guests in meaningful conversations to understand their preferences, needs, and interests will be crucial, as well as acting as a brand ambassador to convey the unique value proposition and prestige of our luxury products and services. You will need to promptly respond to guest inquiries via various channels, maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the luxury real estate market, collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts, and assist in organizing promotional events and exhibitions to attract prospective clients. Additionally, you must ensure the sales gallery's cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal, while collecting accurate guest data and feedback to enhance the overall guest experience and inform strategic decision-making. Your role will also involve upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions, collaborating with the marketing team for event planning and social media visibility, creating positive guest experiences to maximize footfalls, ensuring revenue generation, managing customer testimonials, and maintaining customer relationships.
