Guest Relations Specialist

Job Description: You will be working as a Guest Relations Executive for an Ultra Luxury real estate Developer in Gurugram, in collaboration with a Japanese MNC. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting guests, managing guest relations, providing top-notch customer service, handling receptionist duties, and supporting sales activities. Your main focus will be to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner - Manage guest relations to ensure a positive experience for all guests - Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction - Handle receptionist duties efficiently - Support sales activities to contribute to the overall success of the business Qualifications Required: - Proficiency and fluency in English & Hindi - Strong guest relations and customer service skills - Excellent communication skills - Experience in receptionist duties and sales support - Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards would be advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred,
