Guest Relations Specialist

You will be working for an Ultra Luxury real estate Developer in Gurugram, in collaboration with a Japanese MNC. Your role as a Guest Relations Executive will involve greeting and assisting guests, managing guest relations, providing top-notch customer service, handling receptionist duties, and supporting sales activities. Your main focus will be to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly and professionally addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency and fluency in English & Hindi, along with strong guest relations and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, experience in receptionist duties and sales support, outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Your working hours will be from 9 am to 7 pm, which may be extended during events and special occasions.
