Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Guest Relations Specialist. The Guest Relations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all guests, handling customer service inquiries, and providing excellent communication. Additional tasks include enhancing guest relationships, managing customer experiences, and supporting sales initiatives.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or tourism industry is advantageous
