We are hiring for our client. An Ultra Luxury real estate Developer, with an upcoming Residential cum Luxury club estate with an Japanese MNC in Gurugram.

Working Hours: From 9 am to 7 pm. Will be extended during events & occasions

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive, located in Gurugram. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing guest relations, providing excellent customer service, handling receptionist duties, and supporting sales activities. The role involves ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proficiency and Fluency in English & Hindi.
• Proficiency in Guest Relations and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Sales support
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferable
