Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guests' queries and resolving issues efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth room preparation and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with accuracy and efficiency in record-keeping and reporting.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
