B2B SaaS sales/marketing


🛠 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

1. Digital GTM Execution

  • Lead and manage outreach across channels (cold email, LinkedIn, Slack/Discord groups, niche forums)


  • Set up and run GTM experiments to test positioning, messaging, and lead conversion


  • Manage and optimize CRM, outreach tools (Apollo, HubSpot, etc.), and track funnel performance


2. Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Identify and qualify ideal customer profiles (CXOs, data leaders, business teams)


  • Drive initial sales conversations and assist in closing early deals


  • Own key parts of the sales journey, from pitch to follow-ups


3. Community Growth & Engagement

  • Build and run our

    Autonmis

    community of early adopters and influencers


  • Foster conversations, gather feedback, and support users through onboarding


  • Contribute to content and events (webinars, thought leadership drops, etc.)


4. Founder Collaboration

  • Work directly with the founding team on GTM priorities, growth roadmaps, and performance reporting


  • Help develop repeatable playbooks for future hires and scale-up


🧠 What We’re Looking For:


  • 2+ years experience

    in a GTM/marketing/sales role at a

    B2B SaaS startup


  • Experience with digital outreach, outbound prospecting, or demand generation


  • Strong familiarity

    with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Webflow, Notion, Zapier, N8N, Make etc.


  • Strong written communication — can write compelling cold emails, posts, and micro-content


  • Comfort working independently in a startup environment with quick iterations


  • Bonus: Background in AI, analytics, or data tools
