Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GSA to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate guest service activities to ensure high-quality customer service.
Develop and implement effective guest relationship management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Analyze guest feedback and implement changes to improve guest satisfaction.
Train and guide front-line staff on best practices for guest service.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to guest service quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to handle complex guest complaints.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is essential.
Familiarity with CRM software and technology used in guest service is an advantage.
