Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a GSA F& B Service professional at The Garden Ananta Elite. This role is suitable for freshers with up to 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service in the food and beverage sector.
Manage and coordinate daily operations for seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage services.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.

Job Requirements

Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with food and beverage industry practices and regulations.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges.
