We are a fast-growing analytics and digital transformation company specializing in SAP BDC, BTP, EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), and Office of CFO solutions. As a certified SAP Partner, we enable enterprises to harness real-time data, improve financial performance, and drive strategic outcomes with AI-powered insights and cloud-native SaaS tools.


Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Officer or Sales Manager who can drive revenue growth, lead client acquisition, and expand our market share across regions. The ideal candidate is an agile, consultative seller with deep understanding of SAP-based solutions, SaaS platforms, and enterprise-level digital transformation needs.


Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation to closing deals and expanding existing accounts.

Having good connects within the industry, product companies and partner eco-system, more especially in India, APAC and Middle East.

Identify new business opportunities across geographies/ products and position our analytics solutions accordingly.

Work closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to align GTM strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders (CFOs, CIOs, etc.).

Execute on growth KPIs: pipeline creation, ARR growth, client retention, and market expansion.

Represent the company in SAP events, webinars, and partner ecosystems.


Ideal Candidate Profile

5–10 years of proven success in enterprise software sales (SAP or SaaS preferred).

Strong understanding of the SAP partner ecosystem and analytics/SaaS trends.

Experience in selling to Finance, Planning, or IT leaders.

Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to close deals and grow accounts.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or mid-size firm environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


Nice to Have

Exposure to tools like SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Group Reporting, BPC, or EPM platforms.

Experience working with CFO-driven digital transformation projects.

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, CAC, LTV).
