Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  
• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliates, and Influencers.
  
• Run A/B testing and growth experiments to improve funnel conversion rates.
  

Monetization & Revenue Optimization

• Design and implement pricing models, subscription plans, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
  
• Identify and scale new monetization channels (ads, partnerships, premium features).
  
• Monitor and optimize ARPU, LTV, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and ROI.
  

Data-Driven Insights

• Track, measure, and analyze campaign and funnel performance.
  
• Generate actionable insights for budget allocation, creative analysis, and product improvements.
  
• Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to ensure profitable growth.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Product teams to build growth loops.
  
• Provide reporting and insights to senior management.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  
• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Monetization Management.
  
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs, Affiliates).
  
• Proven experience in

  e-commerce, subscription, SaaS, or digital business models

  preferred.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in Excel, Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
  
• Strong balance of creativity and data-driven decision making.
