If you live and breathe digital campaigns, obsess over ROAS, and love turning creative content into conversions this role is for you. Youll be managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing SEO for organic visibility (including the new era of AI search and generative engines ), and helping scale D2C brands that live at the intersection of creativity and performance. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how numbers and narratives work together from crafting ad copies that click to guiding designers on what visuals sell. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Meta, Google, YouTube, and Taboola campaigns for B2C/D2C brands. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure every visual and caption aligns with performance goals. Manage budgets, track conversions, and continuously improve ROI. Lead SEO initiatives to rank on traditional and AI-powered search engines (like Perplexity, ChatGPT Browse, etc.). Analyze campaign and website performance to identify growth opportunities. Stay updated on trends in digital advertising, consumer behavior, and search technology. Preferred Candidate profile 27 years of hands-on experience in B2C or D2C performance marketing . Prior experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred. Strong understanding of ad metrics, creative direction, and SEO best practices. Familiarity with conversion funnels, keyword research, landing page optimization, and analytics tools. Data-driven mindset with a creative eye for content that performs. Key Responsibilities LinkedIn Lead Generation Execute daily LinkedIn activities: posting, DM outreach, commenting, and engagement. Build connection campaigns for founders, CXOs, and decision makers. Manage and optimize DM sequences for cold outreach, warm follow-ups, and nurturing. Content Creation Create short-form LinkedIn posts (static posts, carousels, value posts, storytelling posts). Write hooks, captions, CTAs, and thought-leadership content for B2B founders. Research industry insights and turn them into content ideas and scripts. Coordinate with the design team for visuals based on content strategy. Email Marketing Build and deploy email campaigns for B2B clients: outreach, nurturing, onboarding. Create subject lines, copy, and CTAs optimized for opens and replies. Manage email tools (Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, MailerLite, etc.). Segment lists, clean databases, and ensure strong deliverability. Set up email sequences for cold leads and warm leads every month. Social Media Management Schedule posts across platforms especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Manage daily comments, replies, and engagement. Track post performance, insights, and engagement metrics. Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce consistent content. Research & Strategy Study target audiences (Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Directors, ). Identify conversation opportunities, trending topics, and high-engagement content. Maintain lead lists, outreach pipelines, and engagement trackers. Preferred Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in B2B social media marketing and email marketing. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, posting strategies, and DM etiquette. Excellent English writing skills crisp, clear, value-led. Experience handling CEO/founder personal branding Ability to write fast, research better, and engage consistently. Chennai-based candidates preferred (in-office role). Key Responsibilities Web Design & Development Design and build responsive websites using WordPress / Webflow / Shopify . Create clean UI/UX layouts for landing pages, product pages, and brand websites. Ensure websites are mobile-optimized, SEO-optimized, and performance-ready. Graphic Design Design static creatives, social media posts, carousels, ads, and brand assets. Work closely with copywriters and marketers to convert ideas into compelling visuals. Maintain consistent brand identity across all design formats. Video Editing Edit short-form and long-form videos for ads, reels, Instagram, YouTube, and brand storytelling. Add transitions, captions, animations, and motion graphics to elevate content quality. Deliver videos optimized for each platforms best performance. SEO Execution Work on on-page SEO: meta tags, internal linking, keyword mapping, content formatting, schema, etc. Assist in managing website updates, page optimizations, and technical checks. Coordinate with writers to ensure SEO-friendly content across web and blogs. Track rankings and help optimize targeted keywords monthly. Preferred Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in design, web development, or content production. Strong skills in Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / After Effects / Canva (any 4 out of these). Familiarity with WordPress / Webflow / Shopify / Elementor / Divi . Good knowledge of SEO tools like Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs. Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of what looks good and performs well.
