Growth Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to improve organic search performance.
• Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads to achieve ROI targets.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Test and implement strategies for lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new digital marketing tools.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Suggest long-term growth initiatives and improvements based on analytics.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical).
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Linkedin Ads and other PPC platforms.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Ability to create and implement digital marketing strategies end-to-end.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, social media trends, and lead generation tactics.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and project management skills.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
