About The Role At SprintlyWorks, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to accelerate our digital presence and business growth. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in the market research industry, who can blend content marketing, SEO, and performance marketing with business development-focused initiatives. You will be responsible for building thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and insights; driving targeted campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and email; optimizing for inbound traffic through SEO; and developing partnerships with media and industry platforms. What We Are Looking For Content & Thought Leadership Marketing Collaborate with consultants to develop whitepapers, industry insights, newsletters, blogs, and case studies to establish authority in specific sectors. Create research-driven content with the research team to build and nurture a database of CXO and VP-level decision-makers. Collaborate with consulting and research teams to highlight successful client engagements. SEO & Web Marketing Plan and execute SEO strategies to rank for high-value, industry-specific keywords Build and optimize landing pages for industries and reports with clear CTAs for inquiries and purchases. Run continuous web marketing campaigns to generate inbound traffic and drive conversions. Digital & Performance Marketing Manage targeted email marketing campaigns to reach curated leadership databases. Drive LinkedIn campaigns (sponsored posts, targeted ads, thought leadership pieces). Oversee Google Ads & retargeting to capture demand for industry-specific research. Focus on converting inbound leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)—a key performance metric. Partnerships & Media Presence Collaborate with media outlets, industry platforms, and associations to publish insights and enhance brand visibility. Plan and execute joint webinars, panel discussions, and thought-leadership events. Position the organization as a knowledge partner in the global market research ecosystem. Key Skills & Competencies Strong background in Market Research industry marketing (mandatory). Expertise in Content Marketing, SEO, Paid Campaigns, and Digital Growth Strategy. Proven experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, Email Marketing, and Retargeting. Excellent storytelling skills through whitepapers, case studies, and industry insights. Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across research, sales, and media partners. Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience in the Market Research industry (non-negotiable).
