As a Sales Development Representative, You Will

  • Own and drive the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders in large organizations across the Nordics and Europe.
  • Understand client needs and position SprintlyWorks’ solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
  • Atleast 3 years of experience in B2B sales in a Market Research Company
  • Acumen in conducting cold outreach and converting prospects.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Education: Should have a bachelor’s degree in business.
