Growth Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize

  paid ad campaigns

  (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Test different creatives, audiences, and channels for maximum ROI.
• Track and analyze funnel metrics (leads, conversions, CAC, retention).
• Work with the content team to ensure ads + organic content align.
• Build dashboards/reports to monitor growth KPIs.
• Run A/B tests across landing pages, emails, and campaigns.
• Suggest and implement new growth experiments (referrals, influencer ads, etc.).
• Stay up to date on marketing trends, tools, and student acquisition tactics.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
