Growth & Brand Manager


As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for building a strong digital presence, growing revenue, and crafting a compelling brand experience tailored to Indian beauty consumers. This is a hands-on role that blends analytical thinking with brand creativity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end marketing strategies

    across the entire customer journey—from brand awareness to purchase conversion.
  • Drive core growth metrics

    such as ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, and retention.
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns

    across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Oversee CRM and lifecycle marketing

    , ideally using Klaviyo, to maximize customer engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Enhance the Shopify storefront

    by optimizing user experience, conversion rate, product merchandising, and funnel performance through data insights.
  • Shape creative direction

    for ads, website, social content, and storytelling that resonates with Indian audiences.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams

    including marketers, creatives, and developers to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and user data

    to continuously improve strategies and outcomes.
  • Localize marketing initiatives

    for Tier 1 to Tier 3 markets in India, ensuring relevance and resonance.
  • Uphold and evolve the brand identity

    across all digital and offline channels.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in D2C marketing

    , preferably in beauty, personal care, or wellness sectors.
  • Hands-on expertise with

    Shopify, Klaviyo

    , and paid media platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube).
  • A

    data-driven mindset

    paired with strong creative instincts.
  • Leadership experience

    , with a proven ability to guide teams and scale marketing efforts.
  • Deep understanding of

    Indian consumer behavior

    , digital trends, and regional nuances.
