Growth Marketing Intern

(Location: Remote | 3 months | Paid Internship | Potential for Full-Time)

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Intern who can help us build momentum for StapuBox - the world’s first sports networking platform connecting players, coaches, and organisers to discover, play, and grow together.

What You'll Own

• Execute and manage content strategy across LinkedIn, X, and Blog.
• Assist in SEO research, keyword tracking, and content performance reporting.
• Repurpose blogs and founder updates into social micro-content and visuals.
• Manage community engagement, polls, and early-access waitlist campaigns.
• Track funnel metrics - impressions, clicks, and signups - and report learnings weekly.
• Support outreach to sports clubs, colleges, and potential early partners.

Your Primary Goal

• Build the top-of-funnel visibility for StapuBox through organic channels.
• Create buzz and belonging around our mission: connecting the sports world.
• Experiment with growth loops, A/B tests, and creative formats to drive early traction.
• Work directly with the founder to shape StapuBox’s pre-launch growth playbook.

You Should Be

• Passionate about sports, startups, or storytelling.
• Comfortable with social media, analytics tools, and marketing experiments.
• Good understanding of content trends, engagement metrics, and funnels.
• Strong in written English and visual storytelling.
• Curious, proactive, and data-driven — someone who learns by doing.

We would prefer that you have

• Prior experience managing a social page, campaign, or community project.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Google Analytics, Typefully, or Tally.so.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or early-stage startup growth.
• Interest in sports tech, fitness, or athlete engagement platforms.
