Full Stack Intern (Frontend-Focused)

Location: Remote | Duration: 3 months | Potential for Full-Time | Paid Internship

We are looking for a Full Stack Intern with a strong focus on frontend app development.

What You'll Own

• Develop and enhance features in our React Native mobile app.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly.
• Ensure a responsive, smooth, and bug-free UI/UX across Android and iOS.
• Work with designers to implement pixel-perfect screens.
• Perform database interactions and work with data models.

Your Primary Goal

• Be part of building a real-world sports networking platform from scratch.
• Contribute to core features and foundational modules that will define the application.
• Experience the entire development lifecycle - from concept to deployment.
• Work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment with direct impact on the app’s success.

You Should Be

• Strong in Frontend: React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Good understanding of Backend: Java basics, Spring Framework, REST APIs.
• Solid Database Knowledge: SQL & NoSQL (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Ability to debug and optimise performance on Android/iOS.
• Proactive learner who can quickly onboard by using available resources effectively.

We would prefer that you have

• Experience with Git & collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with sports platforms or social media apps.
• Understanding of Android and iOS platforms & native code, a big +1.
