Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Delhi for a Growth Marketing Intern. The Growth Marketing Intern will assist in brainstorming and implementing innovative growth strategies, monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns, support sales initiatives, and manage projects to drive conversions and client acquisition. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and requires a hands-on approach to solving challenges in growth marketing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and improve performance
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Experience or interest in growth hacking and efficient marketing techniques
• Basic understanding or interest in sales and customer acquisition processes
• Proficiency in project management to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives effectively
• Proactive attitude, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and eagerness to learn new skills
• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
