We are looking for a Android Developer with expertise in Kotlin to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities Design and build native Android applications using Kotlin . Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code , following best practices and architectural guidelines. Integrate third-party libraries, APIs, and services as required. Implement MVVM, Clean Architecture, Jetpack Components , and other industry best practices. Work with Firebase, REST APIs , and other backend integrations. Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Participate in code reviews , providing constructive feedback to peers. Requirements 2+ years of experience in native Android development using Kotlin . Good to have flutter experience. Strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack Components, Coroutines, and LiveData . Experience with MVVM, Clean Architecture , and Dependency Injection (Dagger/Hilt/Koin) . Hands-on experience with Room Database, Retrofit, WorkManager, and Paging Library . Proficiency in UI/UX implementation , including ConstraintLayout, MotionLayout, and Compose (optional) . Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Remote Config). Strong knowledge of Git and version control workflows. Experience in publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play Store . Familiarity with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines , and app performance optimization. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice-to-Have Experience with Jetpack Compose . Knowledge of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMM).
