We're looking for a Growth & Marketing Associate Intern to join our team and drive strategic marketing efforts across the funnel—from brand awareness to conversion. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys experimenting with new growth channels, and can work directly with the core team . You'll collaborate closely with the product, design, and leadership teams to develop campaigns, track results, and iterate rapidly to drive meaningful growth. Key Responsibilities: Work Directly with the Founder: Collaborate closely with the founder on strategic growth projects, campaigns, and experiments. Build from Scratch: Work in a true 0-to-1 setup—launch new growth experiments, marketing initiatives, and acquisition channels with speed and ownership. Campaign Ownership: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, email, WhatsApp, etc.) to drive conversions and reactivation. Product & Content Marketing: Collaborate with cross teams to translate offerings into compelling messaging, landing pages, emailers, and drip campaigns. Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to monitor and report campaign performance, ROAS, CPL, and other key metrics. Lead Nurturing: Strategize and execute automated and manual workflows to move leads down the funnel—via WhatsApp and email. Creative Direction: Work with the design and content teams to produce high-converting creatives, videos, and copy for campaigns. New Initiatives: Devise new methods and strategies to move leads down the funnel and improve conversion at each stage Cross-Functional Ownership: Lead and manage initiatives that span across growth, product, marketing, partnerships, and ops—ensuring alignment and execution excellence. A/B Testing: Continuously experiment with creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to optimize performance.
