Job Title: Growth Marketing Intern
Location: Onsite (HQ: Jhandewalan, New Delhi)

Experience: 0–1 Year
Type: 6-month internship (with potential for full-time conversion)
Stipend: Upto ₹30,000/month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy Growth Marketing Intern to support LiaPlus AI’s marketing and branding initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to content creation, campaign execution, market research, and performance tracking across multiple platforms. This position offers exposure to B2B tech marketing, social media strategy, and product positioning in industries like BFSI and Real Estate. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and impactful outreach, while sharpening your skills in digital tools and data-driven marketing. This internship provides a unique opportunity to learn how marketing directly fuels enterprise growth in a fast-paced AI startup environment.

Requirements

Education: Pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Creative Skills: Strong writing ability with attention to clarity, tone, and professionalism.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO basics.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English; confident in professional interaction.
Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret campaign performance data and generate insights.
Mindset: Innovative, adaptable, and eager to learn strategies for AI-driven products.
Work Ethic: Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and Strong writing, fast execution, curiosity for AI, comfort with tools (NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Gemini), Zoho Social), and ability to learn quickly.
